Farewell and Thank You, Noah Kelly

As Noah Kelly heads to Abu Dhabi with @yorkshireccc , we want to take a moment to thank him for an outstanding season at Beaumaris.

Noah was a key player for us this summer, scoring 611 runs at an average of 40.73 across all formats. He notched up five half-centuries, with two standout performances:
• 71 off 82* vs. South Caulfield (Round 5)
• 69 off 39* vs. St Brigids St Louis (reaching 50 in just 24 balls!)

In the CSB Championship Division, Noah finished as the second-highest run scorer, amassing 489 runs at an average of 48.9, falling just 13 runs short of the top spot.

With the gloves, he was just as impressive, recording:
• 10 catches
• 4 run outs
• 5 stumpings

Beyond club cricket, Noah had a phenomenal run in the Century Cricket Competition, scoring 391 runs in 5 innings at an average of 97.75, including three centuries and one fifty.

Noah also coached our 14B side who are currently in a grand final.

Although our season was cut short, we were privileged to have a player of Noah’s caliber and maturity, especially at such a young age.

We wish him all the best in the next stage of his journey and hope to see him back with the Sharks in the future.

The Beaumaris Cricket Club extends its deepest condolences and unwavering support to our friends at the Beaumaris Football Club and the families of Holly Bowles and Bianca Jones during this unimaginable time of loss and grief.

Holly and Bianca’s tragic passing has left an indelible void in our community. Our hearts go out to the Bowles and Jones families, as well as the many friends, teammates, and supporters who have been touched by the lives of these two incredible young women.

The Beaumaris community is built on the values of care, compassion, and solidarity. In the wake of this tragedy, we stand united with the Football Club and the wider Beaumaris community, offering our love and support in every way possible.
